Payments are made by bank transfer or PayPal. Prices exclude taxes.
Source code and deliverables become the exclusive property of the client after full payment.
We reserve the right to use the project in our portfolio (anonymized if necessary).

Not guaranteed: specification changes, functional evolutions, user errors.
In case of disagreement, we always favor amicable resolution and communication.
If no solution is found, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
